Porcupine Beef Balls Ingredients
1/2 c Uncooked
rice
2 tb Minced
onion
1 lb
Ground beef
2 tb Fat
1 1/2 ts
Salt
1 c Condensed
tomato
soup
1/4 ts
Pepper
1 c Hot water
Instructions for Porcupine Beef Balls
Source: Cutco Cook Book Combine rice, beef, salt, pepper and onion. Mix and shape into 12 balls. Brown in fat in heavy fry pan. Add tomato soup and water.
