Confetti Relish Mold Ingredients

2 Beef bouillon cubes 1 c Sour cream
1 pk (3-oz) lemon gelatin 1/2 c Chopped cucumber; unpeeled
1 c Boiling water 1/4 c Green pepper; finely chopped
2 tb Tarragon vinegar 1/4 c Sliced radishes
1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Sliced green onions

Instructions for Confetti Relish Mold

Dissolve bouillon cubes & gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar & salt. Chill until mixture is partially set. Add sour cream; beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients & pour into a 3-cup mold.
