1 sm Red onion; chopped	1 sm Cucumber; thinly sliced
2 cn (5-oz) Swanson Chunk	3/4 c Fat free Italian salad

BTW, the White Pasta from Hell was a BIG HIT. In large bowl toss until evenly coated. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Var: Marinate & grill boneless, skinless chicken breasts then cut in small cubes, instead of canned chicken; use 2 cucumbers, medium chunked; use Roma tomatoes, medium dice; substitute fresh cilantro instead of parsley; add no-fat shredded mozzeralla or other cheese; add as many chile peppers of whatever variety you choose.
