Look for cast iron cornbread pans at a camping or sporting goods store along with the other campfire cookware. The real keys to good cornbread are: 1. Use bacon grease, lard, or butter to grease the pans (real animal fat). and 2. Have the pans hot when you put the batter into them. Oven should about 425F to get good crisp cornbread sticks.
