Corn Flake Macaroons Ingredients

2 Egg whites 1 c Coconut
1 c Sugar 2 c Corn flakes
1/2 ts Vanilla 1/2 c Nuts or whole salted Spanish

Instructions for Corn Flake Macaroons

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry. Fold in sugar gradually. Add flavoring, coconut, corn flakes and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until delicate brown: 8-12 minutes. Makes 36 cookies. Posted to EAT-L Digest by "Iris E. Dunaway" on Sep 16, 1997
