Corn Meal Sour Cream Biscuits Ingredients

1 1/2 c Flour 1/4 c Shortening
1/2 c Corn meal 3/4 c Sour cream
1 tb Sugar 1 Egg
2 ts Baking powder 1 tb Sesame seeds
3/4 ts Salt 2 tb Melted butter
1/2 ts Soda

Instructions for Corn Meal Sour Cream Biscuits

From: callie@KUHUB.CC.UKANS.EDU (Carolyn Wiley) Date: 25 May 1995 20:19:33 -0600 This makes really tender and tasty biscuits. Mix first six ingredients together. Mix shortening, sour cream and egg together and then add to dry ingredients. Pat out dough and cut with biscuit cutter. Mix sesame seeds and melted butter together and spread on top before baking.
