Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl stir together the flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl mix together the milk, butter, bacon grease, and egg. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until all lumps are dissolved.
