Cranberry Sauce Ingredients

3/4 c Water 1 tb Brandy
1/2 c Sugar 2 ts Orange juice, optional
2 1/2 c Cranberries Grated orange rind, opt

Instructions for Cranberry Sauce

Put the water and sugar in a saucepan. Stir until the sugar has dissolved, then add the cranberries and bring to the boil. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until the berries begin to pop.
