Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add pork chops and lightly brown on both sides. Add the tomatoes, garlic, pepper and basil; cover. Simmer 25-30 minutes, turning pork chops once. Add the olives and continue to simmer over low heat 7-10 minutes. Arrange rice on a serving platter, place pork chops over rice, spoon sauce over the top and serve.
