Orange
juice
1 c Uncooked
rice
1 cn Chicken
rice
soup
Instructions for Pork Chops with Amber Rice
Brown pork chops in skillet. Place in 13 x 9 baking dish. Put rice, orange juice and soup in skillet and bring to boil. Pour over chops, keeping rice down in the juice. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer. Posted to EAT-L Digest 24 Sep 96 From: Kris Milliron
