Crawfish Fritters Ingredients
1 c Crawfish tails
1/2 ts
Salt
1/4 c Pimientos -- chopped
1/2 ts Liquid
crab
boil
1/4 c Green
onion
s -- chopped
1/2 c
Broth
or water
2 c
Flour
Oil for frying
1 ts
Baking soda
Instructions for Crawfish Fritters
Add pimientos and green onions to crawfish. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add to crawfish. Add broth or water and mix to make a thick batter. Cover and let rest for 1/2 hour. This recipe also works with small shrimp or chunks of firm white fish. I serve it wih a Mango-Habanero dipping sauce.
