This recipe is so easy and produces a WONDERFUL cheesecake! I baked it with a pie plate of water on the oven rack below the cheesecake. I also added 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar to the sour cream, spread it on the cake, baked 5 minutes, and turned the oven off and left the cheesecake in the oven for about 2 hours without opening the oven door. Cake did not crack and was delicious! Thanks.
