Creamy Chicken Salad with Nectarines Ingredients

3 c Diced cooked chicken	1/8 ts Fresh ground pepper
3 c Diced nectarines	1/2 c Heavy cream, whipped stiff
1 c Thinly sliced celery	1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Minced green onion	Crisp greens
Juice of 1 medium orange	1/4 c Finely chopped walnuts
1/2 ts Salt, or to taste

Instructions for Creamy Chicken Salad with Nectarines

In a large bowl, combine chicken, nectarines, celery, onion, orange juice, salt and pepper; set aside. Lightly combine whipped cream and mayonnaise and then fold into chicken mixture just to coat.
