Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 325. In food processor blender process cookies until finely ground. Add butter and mix together completely. Press crumb mixture into bottoms of 8x8" pan and bake 10 minute, cool. Melt chocolate in double boiler over slightly simmering water. Or microwave the chocolate, stirring every 30 seconds or until completely melted. Pour 1/2 of mixture over crust, put in refrigerator to cool. keep remaining choc. warm. P. B. filling: blend P.B. and butter together until smooth. Slowly beat in confectioners sugar and then add vanilla. Beat until smooth Spread P.B. filling over chilled chocolate layer. Finish by pouring remaining warm chocolate over filling and spreading smooth. Chil in refrigerator until firm, about 1 hour. cut into small bars and serve.
