Creamy Potato Salad Ring Ingredients
3 c Water
1 tb Prepared
mustard
1/4 c Minced
onion
s; instant
2 c Thinly sliced
celery
2 ts
Salt
1/2 c Diced green
bell pepper
1/2 ts Black
pepper
1/4 c Pickle relish;
drain
ed
2 Envelopes French Instant
1/4 c Chopped pimiento
1 c
Mayonnaise
4 Eggs; hard
boil
ed
Instructions for Creamy Potato Salad Ring
Bring water, onion, salt, black pepper and celery to a boil.. Remove from heat and add instant potato, whipping briskly. chill. Blend in mayonnaise and mustard. Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly distributed. Pack in 1 1/2 quart greassed ring mold or other mold. Chill, turn out on lettuce leaves. 8 to 10 servings.
