6 Roma tomatoes 4 tb Fresh basil; chopped 1/2 ts Garlic; minced 3 tb Cream Salt Pepper 1/4 c Parmesan cheese Parsley; minced, for garnish Roma tomatoes; chopped, for ~ garnish Puree tomatoes and basil leaves in a blender. Heat in a saucepan with garlic, cream and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over freshly-cooked fresh pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley and chopped tomatoes.
