Creamy Tomato Vodka Sauce Ingredients

1 tb Olive oil 1/2 ts Salt
3 Garlic cloves, minced 1/2 ts Pepper
1 sm Onion, finely chopped 1 cn (5.5 oz) tomato paste
2 Bacon strips, finely chopped 4 c Penne rigate
1 1/2 c Whipping cream 1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
1/4 c Vodka

Instructions for Creamy Tomato Vodka Sauce

Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in garlic, onion & bacon; cook 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in cream, vodka, salt, pepper and tomato paste. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook paste 11 minutes, or until tender but firm. Stir 2 tablespoons into tomato sauce.
