Creole Pepper Steak Ingredients

BARB DAY - GWHP32A----- 1/2 ts White pepper -- ground
1 lb Top round steak -- 1" thick 1 ts Thyme -- dried
1 ts Paprika 1/2 ts Black papper
2 Garlic cloves -- crushed

Instructions for Creole Pepper Steak

Preparation time: 30 minutes Combine garlic, thyme, paprika and peppers and press evenly into both sides of the steak Place steak on grid over medium coals. Grill steak 12 to14 minutes for rare (140 degrees F.) to medium (160 degrees F.), turning once. Season with salt, if desired. Carve steak diagonally into thin slices.
