Crispy Chicken Dijon Ingredients

1/4 c Dijon mustard	1/2 c Plain breadcrumbs
4 Chicken breast halves with	2 tb Vegetable oil

Instructions for Crispy Chicken Dijon

Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min. Spread mustard over chicken. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish and dredge chicken to coat. Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
