Crispy Coated Chicken Ingredients
2/3 c Dry
bread crumbs
2 tb Water
1/8 ts
Pepper
6 Skinless, boneless
chicken

Egg
12 Skinless, boneless
chicken

whites
2 tb
Margarine
, melted (opt)
Instructions for Crispy Coated Chicken
1. Crush soup mix in pouch. Combine soup mix, bread crumbs and pepper. 2. Beat together egg and water. Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixture. 3. On baking sheet, arrange chicken.
