Crock Pot Swiss Steak Ingredients

2 tb Flour 2 tb Butter
1/2 ts Salt 1 cn Tomato soup or equivalent
1/4 ts Pepper 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 lb Round steak; (up to 2) 1 1/2 ts Vinegar
1 md Onion; diced

Instructions for Crock Pot Swiss Steak

Combine flour, salt, pepper and pound mixture into steak. Brown steak in butter and onion. Add tomato soup, water, vinegar and place in crock pot.
