Crock Pot Swiss Steak Ingredients
2 tb
Flour
2 tb
Butter
1/2 ts
Salt
1 cn
Tomato
soup or equivalent
1/4 ts
Pepper
1/2 c Water
1 1/2 lb Round
steak
; (up to 2)
1 1/2 ts
Vinegar
1 md
Onion
; diced
Instructions for Crock Pot Swiss Steak
Combine flour, salt, pepper and pound mixture into steak. Brown steak in butter and onion. Add tomato soup, water, vinegar and place in crock pot. Let simmer 3 to 4 hours (is more tender if left all day). Serves 4 to 6. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 285 by James and Susan Kirkland
