Crocked Kielbasa Ingredients

1/2 lb Lean ground beef 1/2 c Red wine
1 lb Kielbasa sausage -- sliced 3 Garlic cloves -- minced
1 28 ounces Ca whole 1 md Onion -- sliced
Tomatoes 1 md Green pepper -- chopped
Undrained 1 ts Basil -- crushed
9 oz Frozen French-cut 1 ts Oregano -- crushed
Green beans 1/2 ts Thyme -- crushed
1 6 ounces Can pitted black 1/4 ts Pepper
Olives 1 lb Pasta of your choice
(drained and left whole 4 oz Parmesan -- freshly grated

Instructions for Crocked Kielbasa

In a medium skillet, saute ground beef. When browned, transfer to crockpot. Add all other ingredients except pasta and parmesan Simmer on low for 6-8 hours. Cook pasta according to directions. This is my favorite throw together meal for my crockpot. I did add a small can of tomato paste to give it a little more thickness. I bring it to many potlucks and all I have to bring home is the dish as it goes really fast and with many compliments.
