Instructions for Crumby Pork Chops
Preparation: Rinse chops and pat dry. Press all sides of chops into cracker crumbs. Place on a foiled line cookie sheet, and sprinkle each chop with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Bake: 350 degrees for 20 minutes on one side; then flip and bake for 15 more minutes. Time will be longer for extra thick cut slices.
