Crunchy Apple Pie Ingredients

2 c Chopped cooking apples 1/2 c Chopped pecans
1/2 ts Vanilla extract 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Firmly packed brown sugar 1 Egg white beaten until
1/2 ts Freshly squeezed lemon Foamy
Juice 1 Egg yolk -- beaten
1/2 c Granulated sugar 1 9"unbaked pie shell

Instructions for Crunchy Apple Pie

Put chopped apples in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour, egg yolk, vanilla, lemon juice and pecans; mix well. Add egg white. Stir well and pour mixture into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until apples are tender and brown. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
