Crunchy Brunch Egg Casserole Ingredients

2 c Seasoned croutons 2 c Milk
4 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded 1/2 ts Prepared mustard
4 Eggs; slightly beaten Bacon; crisp and crumbled

Instructions for Crunchy Brunch Egg Casserole

In bottom of buttered Pyrex dish, combine croutons and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients, except bacon, and pour over crouton/cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon crumbles on top. (May be prepared in advance or overnight.) Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. 6 servings. Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #985 by "M. Hicks" on Jan 5, 1998
