Cuban Pork Roast Ingredients

3 lb Pork shoulder - seasoned 1/2 ts Oregano
1/3 c Lime or lemon juice 3 Garlic cloves

Instructions for Cuban Pork Roast

Season meat with salt and pepper. Pour lime or lemon juice over roast. Place onion slices over roast. Let stand in refrigerator 1-2 hours. Split meat in places and add garlic plugs in slashes.
