Curried Date Dressing for Salad Ingredients

8 oz Chopped dates; (1 box) 1/4 ts Red wine vinegar
1 md Onion; quartered 3/4 c Water
2 tb Curry powder 1/4 c Canola oil
1/2 ts Salt

Instructions for Curried Date Dressing for Salad

Place all ingredients, except the oil, in a blender or food processor and blend for 1 minute. Slowly add the oil while the blender is still running. Makes 2-1/2 cups. Each 1/4 cup serving contains 128 cals, 0 chol., 6 g. fat. Serve on vegetable and fruit salads. Use as sauce for poultry, lamb or pork.
