Curried Eggs #1 Ingredients

8 sl Ham	1/2 pt Whipping cream
8 sl Gouda cheese	2 ts -(up to)
8 Eggs	3 ts Curry powder
SAUCE	Grated cheddar cheese

Instructions for Curried Eggs #1

Place ham slices in buttered baking dish; top with slice of Gouda cheese. Scoop out a hole in the Gouda to hold the egg. Whip cream lightly & combine with curry powder.
