Curry Chicken Wontons Ingredients

1/2 lb Cooked & diced chicken	1/4 c Mayo
3 tb Minced onion	24 Wonton wrappers
3 tb Minced celery	1 Beaten egg
2 ts Curry powder	4 c Oil

Instructions for Curry Chicken Wontons

Mix chicken, onion & celery. Blend curry & mayo. Blend with chicken & vegetables. Place 3/4 Tbls. on each wrapper. Brush with egg & fold into triangle & seal edges. Heat oil to 375. Fry until golden.
