Curtis Ribs Ingredients

3 lb Beef short ribs Powder to taste
1/2 c Flour 2 c Beef stock or broth
Salt, pepper, garlic, onion

Instructions for Curtis Ribs

>From the Pensacola News Journal: Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Dust with flour. Brown ribs in skillet and then place them in casserole pan and top with 2 cups beef broth.
