Dack Rambos Crab Casserole Ingredients

1 1/3 tb Worcesterhire sauce
1 lb Fresh
crab
meat
1 ts
Mustard
1 c
Salt
ines; crumbled

Lemon
; juice of
1/3 c
Mayonnaise
1 ds
Tabasco
1/3 c
Milk
Salt
to taste
Instructions for Dack Rambos Crab Casserole
Pick crabmeat carefully for shell pieces, sprinkle with salt, add lemon juice and set aside. Add remaining seasoning to mayonnaise, add milk and toss this mixture lightly with crab meat. Place in buttered casserole, cover with crumbled saltines. Dot generously with butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350~. Posted to FOODWINE Digest by Gail Beynon
