Dans Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients

1 lb Fresh raw mushrooms; large 3 tb Butter
1 c Grated cheddar cheese 3 tb Parsley
1/2 md Onion; minced Salt and pepper
1/2 c Bread crumbs

Instructions for Dans Stuffed Mushrooms

Wash and stem the mushrooms, put caps in greased baking dish with "holes" facing up. Brush with melted butter. Chop stems into small pieces and combine with minced onion, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, leftover butter, and salt and pepper. Stuff mixture into caps and bake at 350 degrees F until cheese melts.
