Debbie Reynolds Chicken a la Honolulu Ingredients
5 lb Broiler-fryers
chicken
1 c
Pineapple
juice
3 c
Pineapple
chunks; fresh,
1 c
Soy sauce
Canned or frozen
2 Cloves
garlic
, minced
2 tb
Ginger
root, grated -OR-
3 tb Oil
1 ts Ground
ginger
Instructions for Debbie Reynolds Chicken a la Honolulu
Clean and cut the fryers. Combine all the above ingredients (with exception of oil) for a marinade. Cover chicken and let stand at least 4 hours. Turn often. Drain. Brown chicken in oil in a heavy skillet. Place meat in a greased casserole. Bake in 325 oven for an hour, or until tender. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
