Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a casserole dish with vegetable non-stick spray. Mix all ingredietns together and pour into the casserole. Bake for 1 hour or until brown. A very tasty comfort food that's quick and easy to make, great served with any grilled entree, barbecue or chili, makes an excellent accompaniment to a roast, baked ham, or roast turkey for Sunday dinner.
