Harvest Moon Squash Ingredients
Instructions for Harvest Moon Squash
From "Meals Without Squeals" by Christine Berman & Jacki Fromer. 1 1/2 lb winter squash (butternut, acorn, banana) peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks 2 Tbs raisins or currants 1/2 c orange juice 1 Tbs butter, cut into pieces 1. Stir all ingredients together. 2. Put into greased shallow baking dish. 3. Baked covered at 375F for about 45 min, stirring occasionally. 10 vegetable servings Posted by Theresa Merkling.
