Deviled Swiss Steak Ingredients

1 tb Dry mustard 1 1/2 c Canned tomatoes
1/4 c All-purpose flour 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb Round steak; 1" thick Salt
1 c Carrots; peeled and sliced Pepper
1 c Onions; sliced

Instructions for Deviled Swiss Steak
