Deviled Swiss Steak Ingredients

2 tb Flour 1 tb Worcestershire Sauce
1 tb Dry Mustard 1 c Beef Broth, * see note
1/2 ts Pepper 1 1/2 lb Bottom Round Steak (up To 2)
2 tb Oil 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced

Instructions for Deviled Swiss Steak

* may have to add more as steak cooks. Mix flour, mustard, and pepper and pound into both sides of beef. Brown in the oil. Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
