Diabetics Pumpkin Pie Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust; baked or 1 ts Pumpkin pie spice
2 pk (small) sugar free instant 1/4 ts Nutmeg
2 c Milk `1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c Canned pumpkin 1/2 ts Cinnamon

Instructions for Diabetics Pumpkin Pie

(I added some Cool Whip Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Use plain canned pumpkin. Do not use canned pumpkin pie mixture. Pour intp pie shell and chill until ready to serve. I used to make the pumpkin pie recipe on the can of Libbys pumpkin and used liquid sweetner instead of any sugar. I dont remember how much I used. Just keep tasting until it is sweet enough.
