Dijon Bourbon Marinade Ingredients
1/4 c Bourbon
1/4 c Dark
brown sugar
; firmly
1/4 c Low sodium
soy sauce
6 Pearl
onion
s; minced
1/4 c
Dijon mustard
1 ts
Salt
1/4 ts
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts
White pepper
; or to taste
Instructions for Dijon Bourbon Marinade
Whisk together all ingredients making sure the sugar has dissolved.
