Preparation

Crunch Oreos until very fine. Mix pudding and cake mixes as directed, fold in Cool Whip. Beat cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar, fold into pudding mixture. Line large flour pot with foil. Layer 1/3 oreo cookies, gummy worms, then 1/2 pudding.
