Preparation

1) Crush cookies and set aside. 2) Mix cream cheese and cool whip and sugar, set aside. 3) Mix pudding as directed on pkg. 4) Add 2 and 3 mixture together. Put 1/2 cookies on bottom of 9x14 pan.
