Ingredients

3/4 cup Nonfat sour cream
3/4 cup Lowfat mayonnaise
1/2 cup Lowfat buttermilk
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 clove Garlic mashed
2 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon Chives chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon Shallot minced
1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Celery seed

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a small stainless steel or ceramic bowl and whisk together well. Refrigerate prepared dressing for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.

Makes 1 pint.
