Ingredients

  • 1 1 m Onion -- chopped
  • 2 g Ripe tomatoes; cored -- chopped
  • 6 6 Oil cured sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 2 Fresh or jarred jalapeno
  • Peppers;stemmed -- and seeded
  • Chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a food processor or blender or with a knife,finely chop the the onion tomatoes,sun dried tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.Transfer to a bowl and mix with the olive oil and basil or parsley.
