Healthy Sandwich Fillings Ingredients

VEGGIE SPECIAL1 Hard-cooked egg; grated
1/2 c (about 2 oz.) shredded 1 Carrot; peeled and grated
1 md Carrot; peeled and grated 3 tb Low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 sm Zucchini; grated SPECKLED CHICKEN SALAD
1/4 Green pepper; grated 4 oz Finely chopped; cooked
2 tb Toasted almond slivers 1 tb Finely chopped red bell
1 tb Low-fat mayonnaise 2 tb Low-fat creamy Italian
TUNA N EGG SALAD1 ts Chopped parsley
1 cn (6 oz.) tuna in water;
