Dry Garlic Spareribs (Suen Tau Paai Gwat) Ingredients

2 lb Pork spareribs; cut in 1/4 c Garlic; minced
1/2 c Soy sauce

Instructions for Dry Garlic Spareribs (Suen Tau Paai Gwat)

1. Mix soy sauce and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs. 2. Marinate for 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat oven to 300F.
