Dry Jerk Seasoning Ingredients

1 tb Onion flakes 2 ts Sugar
1 tb Onion powder 1 ts Coarsely ground black
2 ts Ground thyme Pepper
2 ts Salt 1 ts Cayenne pepper
1 ts Ground allspice 2 ts Dried chives or green
1/4 ts Ground nutmeg Onions
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

Instructions for Dry Jerk Seasoning

This seasoning mix is excellent to have on hand to sprinkle on cooked or uncooked fish, vegetables, or snacks. To increase the heat, add more cayenne. Mix together all the ingredients.
