Dry Rub with Honey Mustard Glaze Ingredients
DRY RUB
1 1/2 c
Honey
1 tb
Garlic
powder
1 tb
Garlic

Season

1/4 c
Soy sauce
1 tb Cajun spice
blend
1 Beef
bouillon
cube
1/4 c Bbq spice
blend
1/4 c
Lemon
juice
HONEY-
MUSTARD
GLAZE
1/3 c
Dijon mustard
2 ts
Cornstarch
1 ts
Tabasco
sauce
1/4 c Water
Instructions for Dry Rub with Honey Mustard Glaze
Combine water and cornstarch and set aside. Bring honey to boil in 1 qrt pan . Cook until color deepens and has a nutty fragrance about 5 min. Decrease heat to medium. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add cornstarch mixture along with soy sauce and bouillon cube. simmer 5 min. stirring often. Remove from heat,and stir lemon juice, mustard and tabasco.
