Duxelle of Mushrooms Ingredients

3 c Fresh mushrooms, diced 1 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Margarine 1 ts Marsala
1 ts Olive oil Salt & pepper
1/2 c Shallots, diced 1 pn Garlic powder
1/2 c Onions, diced

Instructions for Duxelle of Mushrooms

Saute mushrooms in margarine & oil over low heat for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients & cook, stirring often, until the mushrooms are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use to fill pasta dough of your choice & cook as desired. From Geminis MASSIVE MealMaster collection at www.synapse.com/~gemini
