Eastern North Carolina Coleslaw Ingredients

1 md Head of cabbage 1/2 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise 1 tb Celery seed
1/3 c Mustard 1 1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Sweet pickle cubes 1/8 ts Black pepper
2 tb Apple cider vinegar

Instructions for Eastern North Carolina Coleslaw

Remove outer leaves and core from cabbage. Cut head in half and grate fine. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, add cabbage, and mix thoroughly. Chill for one hour before serving.
