TURN FREQUENTLY WHILE COOKING.DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELING AND ROLL IN WHITE SUGAR WHILE STILL HOT. HINT: CHECK THE FIRST COUPLE OF DOUGHNUTS TO SEE IF THEY ARE O.K. AND DONE.
